Position Description

Responsible for SAP business processes, financial and technological needs for RTR and HTR functions. Responsible for SAP system and process stability and performance.

Job Skills, Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative) Strong ability to handle complex, high profile projects.
• Complexity drivers include: multiple integrated systems where new requirements need to be traced through the inter-related systems; multiple stakeholders across several departments; etc.
• Minimum five years of experience in requirements management and SAP RTR and HR functions.
• Strong Experience with medium to large scale project and program management.
• Experience determining and delivering against business requirements.
• Experience with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 or higher required.
• Experience in SAP Finance, Controlling and Production Support.
• Experience in Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Product Costing, Material Ledger, Profit Center Accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP Success factors, Kronos and Concur functions.
