You will apply NLP methods within Mantium’s platform such as Search, Question Answering, generative tasks, Summarization, and other applications of Large Language Modes You will help build AI-based pipelines to transform customer data and satisfy their business requirements, help design and help engineer machine learning models, data pipelines, and optimization strategies, as well as other duties assigned by the CEO or CTOAd:

You will assist in delivering value to customers and interact with our product team to find the best solutions

As a core member of the NLP team you will:
• Research, prototype, develop, deploy, and scale innovative ML/DL solutions in collaboration with Engineering & Product Management teams1-on-1 mentorship, training and advice to help users land their next job. Pay only if you succeed in getting hired and start work at a high-paying job first.
• Develop NLP models on large-scale datasets to address various business problems leveraging advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining techniquesAd:

• Implement generalized techniques to measure LLM’s and other model’s effectiveness
• Work with engineering to design and implement infrastructure for orchestrating end to end Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning life cycles
• Set up processes to monitor and continually improve efficiency and performance of KPIs Software development including algorithm implementation, optimization, performance profiling, integration to production systems, testing and documentation
• Write high-quality production code as you build and maintain robust, scalable machine learning systems
• Program primarily in Python using efficient Software design algorithms
• Scale and improve performance of Natural Language systems in production
• Provide expert assistance with prompt engineering and fine-tuning for enterprise customers and developer advocates
• Contribute in expanding the endpoints and features of our APIs

• An intense desire to learn new skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to a fast paced quickly changing environment
• Experience applying data science methods with real-world data
• Experience deploying and operating industry-specific models into production
• University degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
• Proficient in Python 3, OOP Principles, good in ML / DL / NLP methods and recent model architectures
• Experience with Vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, FAISS, or Weaviate
• Very good communication skills with customers and inward-facing stakeholders
• Nice to have: Having data science consulting experience and/or experience with data annotation, having experience in managing customer projects
• Experience with transformer-based network architecture and functionality
• Experience with at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
• Experience with frameworks such as Hugging Face and Haystack
• Experience with cloud native services a plus (eg AWS SageMaker, AWS Lambda and other serverless technologies)
