PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Work on leading customer facing project implementations in Retail / Consumer Industries at Near Shore Center of SAP Solution Delivery center, in Procure to Pay areaAd:

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Must have a Graduate degree from a reputed institute
SAP Certification in SAP S4HANA sourcing & procurement and/or SAP Material Management is preferred
Experience across SAP industry solutions with focus on Procurement, Materials Management & Inventory processing is preferred
Experience as a Business end user would be an added advantage

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Should have good understanding of SAP S4 HANA sourcing & procurement capabilities and solution scope
Should have very good understanding and solutioning skills in SAP procurement and Inventory Management modules
Should be conversant with basic concepts around the following sourcing & procurement topics/concepts – Master Data, Pricing, Inbound – Seasonal & Regular Procurement, Direct & Indirect procurement, Pricing, Stock Transfers, Vendor Consignment, Vendor Managed Inventory process, Condition Contracts, GTS / Foreign Trade (desirable)
Proven capabilities in integrating SAP ECC / S4HANA with peripheral supply chain systems such as planning & procurement, demand management, production planning (optional) and warehouse management systems
Should have done extensive work on Inventory Management and its integration with SAP WM / EWm or 3rd party WMS systems
Should be good with documentation and general Office tools
Should have excellent communication suitable for leading customer facing engagements
Should be able to articulate business requirements and propose solutions
Being a part of project implementations in both classical and Agile modes
Worked in pre-sales, customer demos, Solution roadmaps, Customer PoCs
Lead in-house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services

Customer satisfaction
Improving efficiency of delivery through knowledge assets & services creation
Business development activities in the team
Ramp-up of internal colleagues

Experience and Other Requirements

At least 8 to 10 years of industry experience and a minimum of 6 – 8 years of SAP Material Management experience
Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology
Use of Solution Manager as a part of implementation life cycle is desirable
Awareness and knowledge on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Block Chain functional use cases will be desirable
Good Communication skill in English is mandatory
