We are seeking a AR/VR Project Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the strategy, direction, coordination, and execution of various company projects, specifically focused on integrity and privacy within the companyAd:

Everyone is an owner on the team, so running a program or project also includes tracking and monitoring project progress with regard to deadlines and needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, communicating frequently with team members and management, writing summaries, and sending status updates

What You’ll Do
• Lead various projects and programs aimed at improving safeguards in AR/VR with a focus on developers
• Understand gaps and support in determining solutions, guiding decision-making conversations, and then leading the implementation of the best solution
• Coordinate deadlines on all deliverables, assist in coordinating schedules, takes notes in meetings and update roadmaps accordingly, keep a clear record of dependencies, and deadlines, and monitor progress against those deadlines
• Assist in monitoring teams’ progress and escalating when blockers or issues are identified
• Assist in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary, including charts, PowerPoint, and docs
• Attend all staff meetings pertaining to the project and lead meeting agenda and actioning follow-ups
• Send recaps and updates to key stakeholders to update progress on projects
• Collaborate with various stakeholders – policy, legal, product, eng, data science – coordinating various projects related to the improvement of our safeguards, such as developer assessment forms, compliance with data policies and enforcement mechanisms

Must-Haves
• 5+ years of previous project coordination experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience writing up short and concise posts, longer docs, and making presentations
• Ability to work in a team environment and present updates in large team meetings
• Computer knowledge and various programs such as google suite, excel, project management tools like Asana
• Any previous experience working with developers, integrity, and compliance would be helpful in this role

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Liberal Arts, or business-related field or a combination of relevant experience

This role will be 100% remote preferably can work in PST or CST time zone
• Rate range for this role is $3091 – $5154/hr, depending on location and experience level
