Responsibilities

Required Skills
• 5+ years experience as a Leader in Enterprise Data Governance or similar environment
• 5+ years experience defining data elements and establishing policies and procedures related to the collection and accuracy of data or similar experience
• Experience managing centralized, matrixed resources preferred, with a strong focus on leading teams across several geographies and time zones
• Deep technical knowledge in one or more of the following: security, security architecture, cloud architecture, product security, or detection and response
• Strong data governance background that includes driving strategy, architecture, governance, tooling and enablement
• Effectively drive consensus across organizations and clearly articulate governance strategy, vision and business values

Your Role, And What You’ll Be Doing…

We’re hiring a Tableau Services Senior Sales Account Partner to come and join our Public Sector team to drive Services revenue growth from net new prospects and existing clients. We’ll rely on your strategic approach to developing and forming relationships with our internal enterprise sales business, our Salesforce core selling team, and both our enterprise customers (new and existing).

You are a hardworking, strategic, services sales professional with exceptional enterprise intuition for business and a solution sales background. You will be the Trusted Advisor to our customers, with the primary goals of helping the customers generate significant business value from their Tableau investment, while ensuring Tableau’s YOY growth in overall services bookings and revenues.

You will be expected to understand and lead our customers throughout their lifecycle, driving adoption through sales activity for new and existing customers; this will include pipeline generation and delivering sales presentations to C-level clients.

Main Areas Of Responsibilities
• Meeting or exceeding assigned quota for professional services (includes consulting, support, and education offerings)
• Maintaining an accurate forecast for revenue target achievement and pipeline, working collaboratively with account executives to ensure the CRM information is accurate and up-to-date with all professional services opportunities and detailed notes
• Working collaboratively with the license sales team to support solution sales of the Tableau platform with the appropriate professional services offerings to ensure customer adoption, success, and rapid value achievement

Who You Are…
• Experienced. 5+ years in a customer-facing position as a sales professional, professional services seller, or project leader/engagement manager with an enterprise software company’s consulting organization. You’ve worked in the SLED vertical and have knowledge of complex, multi-vendor solution sales, have six-figure deal experience, and have held a quota of $3M+. You’ve worked in the SLED space and have experience working with and selling to organizations including Government, Public Sector, educational institutions, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
• Domain Specialist. Experience with professional services, customer success, enterprise software, analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred. Bachelor’s Degree with a technical or business focus preferred.

Who We Are Seeking
We are seeking a Director of Product Management for Commerce Cloud to strategize, own, define & deliver our customer onboarding and e-commerce platform migration program. This role will lead defining strategic program and product investments focused on drastically reducing the time to onboard, implement, and deploy storefronts for B2C and B2B Salesforce Commerce Cloud customers. This role is of particular importance to Commerce Cloud in helping realize our Customer 360 vision and unlocking value across the complete Salesforce portfolio for our customers and their customers alike.
– Lead product and program strategy for top priority investment areas across multiple Salesforce products with substantial revenue impact and executive stakeholder visibility
– Coordinate and lead programs and investment across technology, product, marketing, customer success, sales, and key executive stakeholders
– Manage key partner relationships, programs, and partner led investments focused on time to value and complex customer implementation and customization
– Define vision and execute end to end customer platform migration and onboarding onto Salesforce Commerce Cloud products including prioritizing key investments across multiple product teams and stakeholders. These are initiatives with direct and attributable customer and ACV impact.
– Drive pricing and packaging strategy across Commerce Cloud products for net new and existing customers as well as partner led offerings
– Own the product management lifecycle: research opportunities and pain points, drive the vision, define problems, functional and non-functional requirements and related user experiences, analyze data and customer feedback
– Champion strategic customer implementation success and engagements across declarative and headless implementations, including time-to-value such as reducing customer onboarding cost and implementation effort
The candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to manage a product from conception through to market success. This includes articulating the product strategy (and how that strategy supports broader platform and business strategies), understanding the market needs being addressed by the product, executing a clear plan iteratively to create a product satisfying those needs, and driving adoption and commercial success of a product once launched. The ideal candidate has experience with e-commerce platform onboarding, cross product migration, third party and cross platform integrations, partner led offerings, and program management experience in addition to strong product and technical aptitudes. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with experience in API-first design principles, including a domain driven design approach, building and implementing e-commerce storefronts and/or platforms, and familiarity with Salesforce products and customization.
