• Responsible for planning and managing changes according to release and change management process across 78 countries where Brenntag has commercial operations (14.4 billion EUR in revenue) .
• Responsible for environment strategy and release coordination activities..
• Sets DevOps strategy, standards, processes and tools.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrum meetings for synchronization.
• Package the implementation of a releases, merges with upstream work, resolve conflicts, coordinate tasks with the development team

• Minimum five years of experience managing Salesforce integrations along with core development and delivery skills Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in the CRM domain; understanding of overall SFDC architecture and working knowledge of SFDC integration approach, architecture and release management.
• Salesforce.com certification (Developer Certification, Advance Developer Certification) is a plus Test our system integrity, implemented designs, application developments and other processes related to infrastructure, making improvements as needed.
• Experience with Salesforce platform production deployments working in an agile methodology environment.
• Excellent understanding and demonstrated experience in the use of DevOps tools (i.e. Gear set, Copado, AutoRabbit, Bit Bucket, Jenkins, Automated deployment, Sonar tools) with CICD capabilities and Agile practices.
• Production support background with emphasis on the production change and incident process will be a plus

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
• Ability to work independently with little to no daily supervision Serves as one of FDA client’s engagement manager for areas related to release management, application deployment, change management and SharePoint activities.

The person works closely with the development and operations teams to deliver accurate and efficient deployments, and identifies areas where automation would help streamline process. Experience with monitoring at application and business process level and ability to translate key messages to the IT and business community. This role should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and excellent coordination skills. Responsibilities.

Define enterprise level test strategies, methodologies, approach to functional and non-functional test automation, adaption to automation. Define the strategy, approach for Regression, Load and Performance Testing. Leading the path to define performance metrics for enterprise wide critical applications.

Partner with Project, Operations and business teams to identify the test scenarios, interfaces, integrating Apps, batch jobs along with forecasted volume which will be part of the regression, load and performance test. Coordinate on the readiness to execute performance testing, the scenarios, the scripts, environment (Software and Hardware), teams required, etc Defining the regression test strategy, prioritization based on the organizational needs. Develop detail test plan, and execute with focus on the outcome and end goals.

Determine and prepare data required considering multiple upstream and downstream systems. For example, user count, session definition, session duration, weighted distribution of transactions Determine data and data refresh requirements; data for a ‘typical’ business day will be collected to simulate a normal days processing of online transactions and batch programs to capture statistics and identify potential performance bottlenecks based on the transactions and batch programs executed during a normal business day Develop and automate scripts to be used for many iterations during cycles of testing. Plan load and performance test runs activities end to end on S/4 HANA landscape.

Work with the System Integrators and IT Support teams to develop and maintain scripts and run the regression and load test. Experience integrating with release management process, integrating S4 impact analysis (BPCA, Live compare, Panaya, etc.) and impact based lights out testing.

Ensuring the applications in data center move groups are regression and performance tested and ready for cutover. Release Cutover planning and execution, which comprises of the creation and execution of a detailed move to production (MTP) schedule. Planning and execution of mock cutover and final cutover rehearsal (Simulation) prior to the production deployment.

Governance structure, stand-up, planning, and execution. IT downtime (blackout) planning and coordination with IT and business teams. Single point of contact for coordinating all release planning activities with workstream/sub-workstream leads.

Facilitates alignment of IT and Business release plans including downtime/blackout windows. Monitors and tracks release related risks and risk mitigation plans. Provides updates to leadership team on release readiness and cutover status.

Build, maintain and execute organizational IT change and release calendar working with the System Indicators. Management of enterprise level testing tools, and act as technical SME. Proactively search for symptoms and patterns and provides recommendations or solutions Work with different technical teams, consolidate the information, and report test results with all the platform layers Ensures the successful installation, integration, and deployment of products in various environments while maintaining quality and superior end user satisfaction.

Working with HPE leaders, this role will work to ensure HPE and vendors are meeting SLAs. Establishes and maintains relationships with Applications leaders and BRM’s within their area of responsibilities. Validation of the release package that includes regression and Load & Performance test.

Coordination with internal stakeholders and System Integrators Education and Experience. Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP environment. Minimum 15+ experience with the Testing, Test Management, Service transition processes and implementation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; ability to communicate with individuals of all levels (technical and non-technical) and ability to break the organization silos This role will require weekend and after hours availability. Testing tools architecture, framework, SAP impact analysis, Quality Metrics. SAP S4 upgrade, Cloud and Datacenter migration experience.

Ability to work with large extended teams distributed globally Knowledge and Skills. 15 or more years of experience in IT that includes development, release deployment, testing tools and end-to-end multiple full release cycles ITIL certification preferred. SAP S4 experience preferred.

As part of our Solution Delivery function, we are looking for a Scrum Master / Release Manager to join our team. Or better yet, a Master of Scrum .

One who, following Agile methodology and practices, brings out the very best in our software engineering teams. One who, on a daily basis, strikes the right balance between delivery, coaching, and transformation.

And, perhaps most importantly, one who both leads as well as serves.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities :
• Lead multiple engineering teams on a day-to-day basis to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and continuously improve software
• Partner with business leadership to manage user stories and project commitments in an Agile framework to rapidly deliver value to our customers
• Mentor the engineering team to develop and perform as highly as possible
• Support the engineering team’s release management processes and functions
• Own the team’s development methodology and drive modern solutions to complex problems
• Own the release management and work towards an automated state
• Coordinate pre-deployment activities and facilitate deployment activities
• Responsible for compliance via release automation compliance process

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications :
• 3+ years of experience as a Release Manager, Scrum Master and / or Project Manager
• 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following methodologies : Scrum, Kanban, Lean or SAFE
• 3+ years of working with software engineering and familiarity with processes : design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile, and dev-ops
• 3+ years of experience holding responsibilities for communicating updates to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience working with Rally Software (formerly CA Agile Central) or equivalent Agile delivery management tool(s)
• Experience working within UHC, Optum, and / or the healthcare or financial services industries
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only : The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
