Qualifications

Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions
• Maintain Hyatt’s Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance program, working with diverse teams throughout Information Technology and the Global Operations Center to ensure that Hyatt handles cardholder data in an appropriate way.
• Assists with Hyatt’s relationships with our credit card partners, ensuring all relevant timelines for document submissions are met.
• Act as the Cyber Security resource for security-related efforts conducted by Internal Audit.
• Participate on internal committees concerning information governance, records retention, and data privacy.
• Work with internal and external penetration testing resources to track the remediation of identified security vulnerabilities.
• Periodically update Hyatt’s Cyber Security Policies, taking into account the feedback of stakeholders and current events to craft a cohesive and readable document.

The Cyber Security Operations (CSO) function within Global Information Security is responsible for all aspects of threat intelligence and monitoring, application and network security, and insider threat. In addition, the CSO team drives out the enterprise-wide cyber exercise program.

As a System/Data Security Analyst, you would be an individual contributor responsible for providing operational and procedural support to provision and maintain Access for employees across the Enterprise, including Windows, Midrange, and Mainframe platforms. A risk-oriented perspective is required, along with the ability to support BAU processes and maintenance of Enterprise Access platforms.

You will be using your analytical mindset and teamwork skills to support and improve the Access Service experience.

You will utilize your technical and business knowledge to support secure, risk-based practices, exercising judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.

Required Skills:
• 1-3 years of previous experience in Information Technology / Information Security / Identity and Access Management
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues whenever possible in way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization
• Quick learner and self-starter eager to learn new methodologies and technologies
• Communicates effectively and confidently with others and collaborates productively
• Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight
• Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Etc.)

Responsibilities

Required Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree with 4 years IT security experience OR 6 years’ experience.
• Experience in the following: computer architecture, operating systems, inter-process communications, networking protocols and their related implementations.
• Experience with and understanding of compiled and interpreted programs and the types of security issues possible in each; database systems, web servers, application servers, mainframes, firewalls, routers, load balancers, switches, and different types of middleware; x86 assembly.
• Experience with debuggers and disassemblers; malware analysis through reverse engineering, protocol analysis, and log analysis; intrusion analysis through reverse engineering, log analysis, forensic disk examination, and system review.
• Verbal communications skills and concise written communication skills.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
