Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we roll out new product to increase the visibility of Agoda, introduce more travelers to our great products and service and deliver significant revenues to the overall business.

In this role you’ll get to

This role is designed to mainly growth opportunity identification among mid to long tail hotels, experiment execution and data tracking within Partner Development team for the global teams. You will get to work directly with the regional team to design and put in place global experimentation and initiatives to drive tangible impact in each market.

Key activities involved include but not limit to:
• Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to identify opportunities for business improvements and support your recommendations
• Own end-to-end project or roll out new experiments to validate in-market impact of an initiative within Partner Development
• Build dashboards, identify new and track key metrics to closely monitor team’s performance and identify quick and long term opportunities for improvements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams of analysts, regional team leads, product managers and business owners to drive changes based on opportunities identified
• Support global Partner Development related initiatives, including experimentation infrastructure-building and methodology standardization

What You’ll Need To Succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in science, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline
• 4-8 years experience working in a business analysis, data analysis, reporting or business strategy role
• Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems using data
• Team player with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Coding skills for analytics and data manipulation (SQL, R, Python, Pandas, Scala)
• Data visualization tool experience such as with Tableau or your weapon of choice
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English), with proven ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction

This position is part of the Optum Care Solutions, Care Services, House Calls organization. House Calls is a no-cost, in home clinical visit for members of qualified UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans. House Calls is for all health types, whether members are healthy or have chronic conditions.

Role Specific Language:

The primary responsibility of the Data Quality Business Analyst will be to support and sustain the data Quality foundation / strategy across House Calls. The Data Quality Analyst will partner with the business to improve data quality through process improvements, data lifecycle management, DG metrics, and champion data Quality within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Work with business owners to define, establish, and maintain data quality rules
• Create, apply, and maintain data definitions consistent with department and organizations strategies
• Working with business and IT partners to remediate identified gaps using both manual and automated solutions
• Maintain data ownership and attribute management (status/sub-status / naming standards)
• Establishing and refining processes to continuously monitor data quality
• Ensuring processes are in place to proactively detect, correct, and prevent data quality issues
• Manual cleansing of data to be leveraged by the business while improving data quality metrics (Invalid address, invalid phone, etc.)
• Prepare management and technical presentations and interfacing with senior management and business users to map out and document business requirements, data and information needs, and data exchange flows
• Act as an advisor and subject matter expert for data-centric business and technology initiatives, projects and/or programs
• Assisting business and technology initiatives, projects, and/or programs with developing data strategies for their efforts, advising them in the planning stages of the initiatives and helping them to align with the enterprise data strategy and enterprise data Quality policies and standard
• Play a key leadership role with the agile teams representing data management, data quality, and business processes/rules

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in business requirements gathering/analysis
• 3+ years of professional experience with writing MS SQL scripts and queries or similar query tool
• Experience with process mapping, documenting controls, and implementing policies
• Experience with tools and software to extract, and analyze data
• Experience defining and develop data validation, verification, and reconciliation strategies
• Experience with data quality, master data management best practices
• Knowledge of data practices and principles for data analysis
• Understands concepts and applications of business information models.
• Understanding of relationship between data, business rules, and functions

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Informatica’s Information Data Quality tool a plus
• Experience in Home & Community, specifically House Calls data structures and use
• Communicate effectively across the organization, having a solid customer service orientation (both internally and externally) and excellent results orientation

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
