Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation of the Data Protection & Privacy strategy & programs
• Understand, communicate and implement end-to-end capabilities such as Data Governance, Data Protection, Data Privacy, Data Rights Management, Data Encryption & Tokenization, Data Classification and Data Security in the cloud

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years in STEM-related field
• Solid understanding of Data Protection & Privacy standards and regulations local, domestic and global to manage risks related to the use, processing, storage and transmission of information or data
• Understanding of data architecture, database technologies, cloud services and systems development lifecycle and where privacy interventions occur.
• Knowledge and ability to effectively perform Privacy by design and Privacy Impact assessments.
• Interpret patterns of noncompliance to determine their impact on levels of risk and/or overall effectiveness of the enterprise’s cybersecurity program
• Capable of aggregating information and data from various sources using excel/SQL/other tools to produce reports representing status and results
• Skill in communicating with all levels of management (e.g., interpersonal skills, approachability, effective listening skills, proper use of style and language for the audience)

Key Responsibilities:

The Strategic Analyst – Tech Ops Master Data Analysis and Automation is responsible for maintaining integrity of the parts catalog as translated from OEM and Engineering documents to ensure supply chain meets compliance and can operate efficiently. Other responsibilities include supporting the team through data analysis, task monitoring, performance reporting, and automation of certain transactional activities. This role requires cross-functional coordination throughout the supply chain organization. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks, playing a key role to proactively identifying discrepancies in the data, devise a disposition plan, and execute the resolution.
• Create, maintain, and delete part numbers in the supply chain catalog in compliance with engineering authorizations

• Make improvements to processes and implement automation where possible

Job Title: REMOTE Sr. Data Analyst – Financial Analytics
• Looking for someone who can work independently, and prioritize tasks
• Proactiveness – comfortable communicating with stakeholders, setting meetings, and getting information needed to move the needle
• Multiple smaller projects – will have anywhere from 2-3 projects on their plate at a time.
• Sharing info with the team – collaborating via calls/video/teams to update on progress, roadblocks, solutions
• Strict governance process – needs to learn that process that is followed at UAL for governance
• Great documentation skills needed.
• Working with both business and dev teams
• Evolving in financial analytics

Tools/Tech that is beneficial:
• Python, AWS or Palantir Foundry, reporting tools background
• PowerBI, Cognos, Tableau or similar
• SQL, PL/SQL
• JIRA, Git, or Azure Devops

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across multiple teams to understand business needs, analyze complex data, and integrate Business data with other Enterprise data assets
• Become the subject matter expert in the data and be able to articulate how it benefits business stakeholders
• Work with Data Engineering business units to document the requirements.
• Identify and build source to target mapping for Business data attributes.
• Work with management team in estimating level of effort and timelines
• Need to maintain detailed documentation through data lifecycle processing to ensure fully transparent communication and meeting deadline expectations
• Develop the business rules and logic in order to harmonize the data
• Own creation of test plans and execution of User Acceptance Testing for stated data dependent projects
• Partner with Data engineering and Data Science teams to process data in stage, journal, base and semantic within Teradata and AWS / Redshift
• Partner with data architecture and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support standardization efforts for referential data used for data analysis and project output
• Provide regular status updates to leadership team

Desired Skills:
• Experience working with day to day data
• Oracle PL/SQL experience
• Experience with GitHub or other development pipeline tools, such as Jira,etc.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you’ll design, develop, and support reporting and analysis of data obtained from the daily interactions that customers have with their websites. An important part of this role is dashboard development and communication of actionable data-driven insights to their marketing partners and other School Specialty teams. Beyond standardized reporting and tracking website metrics, the Digital Marketing Analyst responds to ad hoc requests for information on digital campaign performance from the marketing department and other key functional areas across the organization.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in web analytics methodologies and reporting, working as a digital analyst, data scientist, or similar business function
• Demonstrated expertise in digital analytics (Google Analytics, GA4 preferred), as well as experience implementing and maintaining tag solutions (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.) and using reporting tools for handling large datasets
• Experience with an analytics/visualization tool such as Tableau, Datorama, Google Data Studio, or Microsoft Power BI
• MS Excel advanced user (including pivot tables and scripts)
• Experience in CRM systems integration with Google Analytics (Salesforce)
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, UX concepts and how digital analysis can improve the online experience for customers
• Adept at creative storytelling using data-driven insights, data visualization and the ability to bring complex consumer data to life for non-technical business partners

Responsibilities
• Design key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and monitor KPIs to identify and report on what is working and what is not. Identify key trends & insights from the data to help inform improvements in marketing campaigns.
• Serve as marketing’s web analytics expert and respond to ad hoc requests for data by working collaboratively with the requester to understand the actual need, then provide accurate, actionable data in an appropriate format with relevant context.
• Lead website tests and experiments. Provide a comprehensive analysis to uncover changes in metrics, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) opportunities and identify shifts in user behaviour or funnel issues.
• Responsible for website tag management, enforcing naming consistency and maintaining a tag inventory to avoid duplication or obsolete tags in service of accurate web analytics and an efficient web experience for our customers.
• Own the “source of truth” for web analytics data and develop and maintain the necessary processes to address any data errors or issues to ensure accuracy and consistency in data and reporting.
• Perform website behaviour and customer experience analyses to provide insights and recommendations into customer journeys.
• Create written narratives and give presentations that tell insightful and actionable stories about how these insights can improve current and future web campaigns and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Data Management
• Serve as the champion for the organization’s use of Salesforce, building buy-in, supporting evolving staff needs, and training new and existing staff on an as-needed basis about the functionality in the Salesforce database
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business needs
• Manage, update, and document processes and training documentation to support a data culture at PTF
• Act as an internal technical resource for department-specific applications
• Developing standard operating procedures based on the direction from the Director of Operations with inputs from other departments
• Maintain seamless integration between business tools, including email marketing tools, event registration tools, scholar survey application, and all other platforms tied to Salesforce
• Help staff design and implement protocols for capturing pertinent stakeholder interaction data that is not otherwise captured in one of our data systems
• Assist other departments with troubleshooting system issues and correcting data flows as needed

Data Analysis
• Understand, support, and address the business needs of all PTF staff members with regard to the PTF Salesforce database
• Sit in on department or Executive Team meetings to determine how data could help provide a solution to challenges
• Collaborate with Chief of Staff and Executive Team on project-based initiatives to support and help guide solutions through data
• Report and analyze on an ad hoc basis determined through inputs across the organization, prioritized in tandem with the Director of Operations
• Build and maintain reports that support user adoption and accountability
• Work on projects, and/or new audits, to streamline master data processes to make departments more efficient and effective. Provide reports (scheduled and ad hoc) to other business departments as needed
