Data Analyst – 1st Shift

We are looking for a Data Analyst for 1st Shift, this position will be responsible for analyzing safety and quality data outputs that drive business decisions and generate process improvements. Performance of duties has an impact on regulatory compliance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Accountable for managing all routine and ad hoc reports that drive regulatory, quality and marketing decisions.
Accountable for signal detection and analysis that drive product safety decisions as related to risk management, risk minimization and risk/benefit analysis.
Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and in making decisions.
Supports audits and inspections by providing immediate data as requested.
Provides regular reports and ad hoc reports on a timely basis with a high level of accuracy.
Develops and implements necessary queries that produce accurate and reproducible results.
Supports Medical Writing by providing accurate line listings for PSURs, PADE and other safety reports; analyzes the line listings for trends and potential signals.
Gatekeeper for all data
Perform User Acceptance Tests for system implementation and upgrades
Performs other related duties as required.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data, including consumer feedback reports (inquiries, complaints, safety, insights, etc.), signal detection reports, compliance reports and partner trend reports
Use statistical tools to interpret and analyze data trends and patterns to synthesize and communicate meaningful insights to business stakeholders
Calculates exposure rates, complaint rates and normalized trending that informs the business of risk.
Contributes data for all Annual Product Reviews ( >100).
Promote coding consistency and addition of new codes
Use data to identify opportunities for process improvements
Weekly data reconciliation reports
Manages Quality Control checks for accuracy on system data. Ensures corrections are made by providing feedback and/or training to correct and improve data quality.
Management of Quality Investigation Request (QIR) process
CAPA management for Department
MasterControl Power User
Assist with clinical study monitoring of clinical trials
Assist with organization and management of clinical data, as needed
Assist with organization of statistical reports and final clinical reports, as needed
Draft safety reports and PSURs, as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU WILL BRING
BA/BS degree or related experience.
Minimum requirements include proficient experience/understanding of Microsoft Office Systems with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of relational database, industry data management systems/Business Intelligence tools.
