Deloitte Services LP is currently looking for a graphic designer with UX/UI experience to work within our Market Development organization as part of the Pursuit Management channel. You will join our growing team of world class seasoned design talent across design. You will work with members of the pursuit team to create elegant, intuitive user interfaces that meet this unique customer need.

Work you’ll do

This experienced and creative design professional will develop strategy-driven visual frameworks for sales proposals, presentations, and related business development experiences for the Consulting function’s most important accounts. This individual is accountable for creative, brand-compliant, and timely design, formatting, production, and delivery of digital experience solutions. This designer is responsible for individual creation, as well as effective teamwork and communication with others.

The successful candidate will possess:

This position requires proficiency in multiple software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately. Your ideas come from people you have talked to, research you’ve conducted and experiences you’ve had. You use a human-centered design approach to solve problems. You’re interested in inventing and simplifying complex systems. You’ve turned ideas from research into sketches and interactive prototypes, and tested them with end users. You’ve helped teams raise the bar on customer experiences and have thrived in ambiguity. As a designer, you love diving into the details as much as you enjoy shaping the larger system. You will interact with client service professionals to develop conceptual designs supporting the messaging strategy as well as understand information and concepts, and transform them into understandable, yet creative solutions.

Basic Qualifications
• 1-2+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, product design, or similar UX-related role
• You have a strong portfolio of innovative design work that demonstrates industry-leading design and business success and experience in UX, visual design, and service design (wireframes, journey maps, personas is a plus). A portfolio is required to apply for this role.
• You have experience designing services and delivering UX solutions for projects
• You have knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design processes. You also possess a knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
• You have experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
• You have strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and web-based information architecture and design

Preferred Qualifications
• You have experience driving and owning projects, communicating timelines, aligning stakeholders, and producing your deliverables and with minimal supervision
• You confidently present a strong rationale for design decisions and rely on analytics and data (including qualitative data) to shape product decisions and track the effectiveness of change
• You have solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
• You’re committed to learning – as well as making others successful – and teaching through your expertise in design and technical knowledge
• You’re able to work gracefully, and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
• You’re naturally curious and find inspiration beyond the screen – through the people you talk to, analogous experiences, and more

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $59,035 to $108,715.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
