Salesforce Technical Architect
Role and responsibilities
Candidate will be able to design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems; manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale; articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture.
Must Have Skills: Must have worked on multiple clouds of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Community, FSC, nCino, Lightning, Managed Packages)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Salesforce Technical Resources focused on driving optimized solutions for our clients leveraging Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and/or Industry Clouds
• Collaborate with the functional team to figure out the best way to implement a solution (which could involve decisions around declarative vs. programmatic vs. App Exchange, etc.)
• Handle technical issues brought to you by less experienced teams
• Serve as the technical authority on the Salesforce platform, security, integration, data migration, and other solution components
• Lead team members and performance through regular one-on-one meetings, periodic feedback, annual reviews, etc.
• Help with sales initiatives from providing leads through scope/SOW, solution, and developing price estimates.
• Mentor the Salesforce practice team members and take on leadership roles to expand the capabilities of the practice.
• Manage Releases and Integration Framework
Technical Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce
• A minimum of 6 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
• Experience developing nCino/Salesforce Configuration, customizations Apex/VF,
• Integrations SOAP/REST and ETL
• Experience in design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing nCino, Salesforce and Force.com
• Experience Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
• Configuration using Validation Rules, Workflow, Approval process, Flows, Reports and Dashboards, User Management
• Good understanding of SFDC best practices, governor limits, Security model is must
Experience and Skills
• Work Experience:
• 6+ years as Salesforce Developer
• With 2-4 years in nCino development
• Experience leveraging and configuring nCino
• Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
• Experience documenting technical design documents
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
• Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
