You are:

You are an administrator, a developer, and a tester of all things DATABASE! You can swiftly perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. You enjoy maintaining database management systems (DBMS) and providing input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

The work:

SQL DBA will perform database tuning to maximize application performance, reliability and scalability. Monitor Database jobs, storage, performance. Development experience in key databaselanguages (SQL, Python, etc.). Design and build new solutions for database applications. Design and architect database schemas from user and system requirements. Serve as the Application DBA responsible for Developing SQL reporting queries. Troubleshooting database issues. Database performance tuning SQL statement tuning.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Here’s what you need:
• 2 + years related experience in Oracle database administration in any of these areas: Oracle 11g, 12c, 19c • AWS • SQL querying and tuning
• Experience with design and implementation of database structures
• Writing build scripts, DDL and DML experience
• Understanding of indexing, partitioning, materialized views and other performance enhancing structures
• Extensive experience in database backup & restoration
• United States Citizenship required (no dual citizenship)
• Bonus points if:Experience in Agile methodology
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure database, Exadata & Paas experience

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $90,700 – $147,100

Colorado: $90,700 – $127,100

New York City: $105,000 – $147,100

Washington: $96,600 – $135,200
